How do you get the absolute most out of your lists on your cold calling campaigns?
Rotate your lists!

To get the absolute most out of your lists on your cold calling campaigns, start with about 30,000 records and then break those records into three different lists of 10,000 each.

The First List

  • Run through this list about three to four times.
    • Your first pass should result in about a 10% to 15% connection ratio. Every single pass after that, the connection ratio will diminish. It will get down to about 5% on the third or fourth pass-through.

Let That List Cool

  • Once your list gets to about 5% connection ratio, you want to let that list cool.

Rinse and Repeat

  • Go on to the next list and then rinse and repeat until you finish the three.
  • Once you’re done with the three, then you go back to the first list, the list that you originally started with.


  • Cool down and start the process again.
    • You are going to extract a lot more out of your lists rather than having just run through data.
